A quick question

Hey all currently driving an mg zr 104 but have put in an order at my local dealer to find me a decent clio sport 182 . Though the more i read about them there is one thing that is worrying me .... cup package? Im not sure if the clio sport i will recieve will have a cup package is it still possible to get this installed?

What is the handling like without this package fitted?

If you want the handling then just get some H&R's afterwards if you don't get the cup suspension. Don't forget that the cup packs are more than the suspension, also, different colour wheels, splitter, spoiler.

I think the none 182 cup wheels don't look to nice.

Cup suspension pack is shown by antracite wheels, a Cup packed 182 is 5mm lower than non cup packed (silver wheels)

Cup spoiler pack is a lower black splitter on the base of the front bumper and enlarged rear boot lid spoiler (red brake light)

Don't buy one without Cup packs as second hand prices aren't different between Cupped and non cupped

When bought new the Cup packs were £200 each

To retro fit your looking at nearer £1000 buying the parts new

im not to bothered about the appearance but how does it handle without the cup package? I mean if they cannot find me a cupped one how much would it cost for new springs and what springs would i be looking for?

go for a cup pack mate. i had one and the handaling was spot on, less body roll and firmer springs than without. i think the track is wider to.
