Recieved my new door from Danny172s breaking cup yesterday, only to find out the couriers have smashed it up basically, two of the edges are chipped, one is bent and the paint is cracked on the face of the door, useless basically so I need to file a claim now and pray I can get my money back, I waited ages for a decent one in mondial too. Also got a letter from flux saying my insurance had been cancelled yesterday, not sure what it was all about I contacted them and they said its cos I didnt return a mileage declaration form which I never recieved from them? Now my only option is to restart my insurance, despite the fact I was due another year no claims in about 2 weeks, and they want about 500 more than it should have been come my renewal which I really cant afford. Aaaaaaah

i would speak to flux, sounds a bit odd, if your policy is 2 weeks from renewal that means its taken them 11.5 months to realise?

Nah its cos I got my clio about 2 months ago, and they wanted a new one on that.

Surely any couriered item is insured?

They should have insurance as a business. Speak to them about visiting a small claims court and they should listen?

I'd imagine you're covered up to a certain amount for damaged goods while in transit.
