Take it to a local garage, they'll get it off.

if its the 3 pin on the centre cap
if its the locker then just use a hammer to beat a 15mm 12sided socket onto it

Failing that the socket method

Hammer and chisel/screwdriver or I usually use a pair of long nose pliers at work
