Get this -

I get my firt service on my car at the beginning of the month, when I take it to them I asked them to check the drivers seat as seemed(?) a bit wobbly.

I pick it up afterwards and they tell me the service is done (£205) and the seat runners were replaced, I checked the car over albeit in the dark and go home.

The next day I notice they have manage to badly scratch the kick plate, steering wheel, door handle and seatbelt holster!!! Looks like they just trained an elephant to drag the seat out of the car.

Took it back and they said they would fix it but its taken them 2 1/2 weeks to get the parts, went in Saturday and I get a lovely 1.2 couresy car all weekend and they tell me last night they got the wrong door handle. AAAAAaaarrgghh

SUPPOSED to be picking it up tonight!! :D Talk about pain in the arse.

I always got rubbish service from them when I had a Clio Grande 1.2 and my mum had a 1.4 Alize. Never ever got courtesy car, only since I got the 172 have they ever tried to provide a good service. :(

At least with this situation they are prepared to fix it but they dont know what an inconvenience it causes. I mean I had to have a courtesy car all weekend coz I couldnt arrange round work to pick it up and drop it off on Monday.

Fingers crossed its all done, Im looking forward to driving it again and giving it some large haha! :D :D
