That plate is uncanny, a dude round my parents way used to have one with the reg, C687 HAR, it was a complete minter, he sold it for a mint moonstone three door. That one is damn close!!

Iirc it was simply a rich collector who left them. Could be Germany though. I'm not sure if anyone knows exactly!
