abs problem

friend has a 99 clio 1.4 8v abs,, brake fluid light ,stop and service lamps on abs not working . ran a scanner on it and it coming up with relay control valve faulty . this is on the abs side . the scanner shows voltage getting to relay but saying relay /motor not actuated . looked on my autodata and going of the wiring diagram the ans and pump motor relay is built into the compleate assembly is this correct if so is it an easy enough job to bleed up after fitting a good 2nd hand unit
