ABS & SERV LIGHTS ON!

Think I've a faulty front sensor as they keep flashing on and off. How much is a new front sensor, the wires going to the Near Side look dodgy!

Mine did that, was the sensor on the pedal itself.

You dont have subs installed? My Service and airbag light comes on depending on the wires below the passenger seat. I may be completley wrong in your case but just thought id say.

^^^ That would be the wires running to the side airbags on the seat?

Warren- Did your lights come on and go off every so often? Mine seems to be a loose connection or broken wire, as the lights are on 1 min off the next!

have the same problem but mine only comes on when doing 60 + mph :S really weird

Yep, intermittent. If I go v. fast on a left hand bend, most of the warning lights go on.

Did u get ur motor sorted after the crash? Was it doin it b4 it?

I just don't want to pay renault a diagnostics fee of £70! Trying to fix the problem myself! Anyone know how much a sensor is?

yes it was mate, got my car back last friday, but my brakes work so i'am not that bothered lol, once i switch my engine off and back on and move a little it goes off

That's exactly what mine does! But hey, got the wheels to lock last nite and was having great fun!

do you know if you need new brake pads? my dad thought maybe this was the reason it happens but i doubt it because it happens when i'am going fast (not using the brakes obv) but my pads are low

mine was MOT'ed last wed...so pads are fine.

Just think its a friday clio.

Mine had new pads a month ago! I'm just going to drive my new 'CUP' as it is for a while!

all i do is mess about with wires under passenger seat and slam the passenger seat around a little. not been on for ages now

Ok, took the passenger side wheel off at the front and found the problem! The wire has pulled out of the sensor! Must only be making contact some times! Gonna be a bugger to get out as it's ceased in!!!

stu let me know how you get on and if possible make a guide? as i also have this problem and when i brake i'am getting some noise from my passenger side
