It can be a number of things, brake pedal switch, steering angle sensor, an old fault code stored in the ECU or ABS unit,
i'm sure there's more but I can't remember them all.
Get it plugged in to a Renault diognostics clip tool, you don't need to go to Renault for this,
any French car specialist should have one, it's the only way to know for sure so you don't just keep replacing parts in the hope it'll go away.
