ABS, Traction and SERV lights on!

came on, on my way home today, mmm I thought here we go first time in 8000miles.

pulled up turned car off and on and it was fine, anyone else had similar?

Yep.

summat to do with the brake pedal sensor.

Ive had it once only and that was months ago.

Nowt to worry about iirc

take your car to reno it take them about half an hour to fix

Reno will rip your eyes out about this, if it is ok when the car has been stopped turned on and off then id leave well alone and put it down to french electrics if the problem starts happening on a regular basis then id start to consider having it scanned..

iirc there was a thread called Christmas Tree Lights a little while ago covering the same topic also, seems to be a common 182 prob!

Just like cocopops said, brake sensor.... half an hour to fix.

I had this on the way home from macclesfield today. Stopped and started the car at the traffic lights and it cleared.

Ive so many problems its going to be in renualt for a while..

Ive had this also, it came after i braked sharply on the motorway.

Once i turned the engine off and on again, it cleared. Not had it since, i put it down to the much rumoured French electrics.

well it aint happened again so it is definately not going to go to renault to get fiddled.

its due to the coherence of brake pedal status against brake pressure!!

all it needs is setting the adjustment of the brake pedal switch (when brake lights come on there should be a pressure of 1-3bar - - they where reading i think 5-10 bar < which is wrong)

Mines booked in thursday, 8 days after collecting it for xmas lights sorting and alarm 3 beeps. Sorted leaking boot myself. Ive printed faults off here so they do not need to mess about and know what to do, doubt they will use it though!

there is a fix for the alarm beeping to - something to do with cobra putting a wire in the wrong place in the siren/ecu connector
