Black Gold 182FF
Hi guys & gals. I just removed the acoustic valve from the 182, and also removed the small pipe which linked it to the engine, opposite the throttle body. Should I have left this pipe connected?, or does it not make any difference?
I ask only because when I started the motor, I covered the little valve where the pipe was connected for a few seconds and it felt like it was sucking in air. Also when putting a finger over the valve for a few secs, the engine dies.
Any info greatly appreciated. Thanks
