Clio 197
I've been playing with my adjustable dampers (on my C2), and this is what I've managed to suss so far:
I had both the front and rears set to 20 (out of 28) to start off with - Understeer.
Furthermore, the car felt very bouncy - rear was too stiff (compared to front).
I therefore reduced the rear damper setting by three clicks - v.slight oversteer.
Not too happy with it's atitude (too soft on the rear), I increased the rears by one click, and the front by one click. So now it's front 21 clicks, rear 18.
Now all is well - pulling away is spin-free... I can put power down whilst turning without a phobia of losing grip.
Anyone else had a play, and willing to share their experience?
