aye i wouldnt go with admiral again. Make a claim and they try everything to screw you over. Their bodyshop is poor and when they actually get the car back to you after 3 months its still not fixed

oh..

i have only good things to say.. , my old car was in and out of the workship in 2 days and had a brand new courtesy car, the only reason i switched is becuase their call centers are based in cardiff, bad enough trying to speak to someone in an indian call center, but when you are guarunteed to get a welsh or indian person it just takes the pi55 a bit and frustrated me alot!

and for me they were one of the cheapest around..

well put it this way me and another member on here had our cars sent to a repair centre in telford, and both of us had terrible experiences. Not saying its all bad but defo worth considering

i guess that just depended on that particular garage that did the repair? They have a list of garages in your area and you are free to choose from that list.

Im sure people have good and bad experinces with all insurance companies. they are all robbing bastids as tim said as they all charge way to much for insurance,

and when they re-assess the car groups and catagories it will rise even more.
