Adobe InDesign CS3

Hi guys, Does anybody know how to make something from indesign useable in Microsoft Word?

Hole reason is i produced a letter head/water mark (in InDesign) for a friend of mine and they dont have Adobe InDesign. So i want to make it a template so they can use it in Microsoft Word.

Can Anybody shed some light PLEASE

save as a PDF, then drop it in the header/footer in word.

you may have to import the PDF into PS and save as jpeg first though.

Save it as a an EPS, then it'll place in anything.
