Advice for Car washer newbie - w00t

  Less
The last owner of my car said, in passing conversation, he used meguiras on the car.

So I've had a quick look at the website, but there are more products than a boots makeup counter.

I dont want to go over the top with products, but some stuff to give it a good shine and some protection.

This caught my eye
Gold Class Car Wash Shampoo and Conditioner - £4.99 a bottle.
and this for the shine

Cleaner Liquid Wax

are these going to be alreet gents and ladies
cheers

pfff. if you dont have anything good youll need (not megs if you dont want)

a lambswool washmitt
bottle of Autoglym Super resin polish
Autoglym Extra Gloss protection
2 buckets
Microfibre cloths

as for shampoo. Rich reccomended me some Megs superwash. Ive been using it for a while now and tbh it doesnt strip polish and egp of your car quite so fast as the next gen s**t you can get from halfrauds.

thats the basic s**t anyways but im sure rich will give you a run down of it all.

Cleaner was is not that great. The Gold Glass Wash is ok.

The above Michael lists is a good starter kit, add a nice carnuba wax to add top the looks after the EGP and some things for the black trim, glass and tyres and you will be fairly sorted exterior wise.
