some of you will remember me having my car in the renault garage for the smell of oil coming through the vents, well i took teh car out today came back and smelt oil burning look under the car and theres loads on the exhaust and its dripping off the sump, so i took it back and the rude tw*t behind the desk said hed have it looked at tommorrow.
can i claim some of the money back i paid for having the car fixed as it didnt actauly get fixed and had to go back, basically is there anyway of getting some sort of compensation? i know there must be some people who have had the same sort of thing happen so just wanna know what happened, also what should i do if he tells me its something else thats gone wrong?
