Advice on CAR body parts

I am considering changing my front and back bumpers into 172 bumpers. Also i want to get rid of my tin can exhaust and change it into a twin outward rolled exhaust. I was just wondering this....
Will the front bumper be a direct replacement without the RS wings?
How will i go about changing the exhaust and the rear bumper? (what will have to be done first? - My rear bumper has been cut for mu current exhaust)

Do a search the bumper isue is discussd all the time.

Exhaust is easier still if you are chnaging the bumper at the ame time. just undo the bottom shock absorber bolts and drop the axle
