Advice on Iriduium Tough spark plugs

my dads friend has adviced me to get a set for my clio as the difference is vast any truth in this any one had any problems with it ?

You will not see any engine gains with changing sparks plugs as long as the ones you have are producing a good strong spark i.e the car runs as it should and the plugs arn't too old.

what i thought but these ones he says gain some extra power from some where eles (like battery) i think he says :s
 
Think ive read to stick to the oem stuff, Is it NKG?

Pointless for power on a 1.2, Put your foot down, or strip it.

Better off spending the money on an oil change.

cos the lads sed he's put the irium tough sprak plugs and voltage conroller and something else this aloud of s**t ?

he sed he'll get um cheap for me dad a s a favour

not worth it dont u think ?
