Advice Please - 172 Running issues

Hi,
Advice needed...

Iv recently bought a 172, its said to have it cat cams fitted, decat and filter but doesn't run right and massively over fuels!!

Idle is very rough and under 3k rpm its rough running almost feels like a misfire, but above 3k it pulls like a train and doesn't miss a beat.

Iv done all the easy bits like plugs, leads, coil pack and sensors, checked injectors etc but nothing really improves it.. any thoughts?

Didn't know if it needs mapping to suit cams?

If so would it need live mapping or are there pre made chips available?

first off check if it's on standard cams or not.

Checked and they are cat cams 421s

Assuming when you say sensors you mean you've replaced the lambda/O2 sensor and that didn't help?
Take it to a specialist? Where are you based? As far as I understand it, cams would need live mapping to get the most out of them.
