Advice please

I'm new to the 182, and i'm not sure if it's running right , it's not running bad.
It just seem's quite loud in 1st and 2nd , but not really going that fast!
Is there there any simple tests to do , to cheak the car is running right?
like is there a certain speed test i could do to check it's running at the right speed , in the right gear , at the right rev's? The cars standerd!

You could time yourself doing a 0-60.

No, There must be some standerd , speeds in gear, and at certain revs?

Yeah but even if your engine is running crap it will still be doing the same speed at the same rev's surely? just be getting there slower.

Easiest way is to time you car 0-60 with a stopwatch and using the speedo. If its not below 7 by the speedo could be a problem. Should be about 6.5 by speedo though (i think) as the speedos always overread (upto 10%)
