advise on mk1 clio van

  none yet
right im going to look at a clio tomorrow its 300 pound doesent look to bad but will probably have high mileage for that what should i look for problem wise like engine body work doesent bother me ?

what engine size are they?

thanks in advance for the advise

I believe they was only made in 1.9D diesel.
I got one for £200 with years MOT. Runs on 100% Veggie Oil ;)

Nothing I can really think to look out for unless it has a sun roof they always leak.

Just look like you would on any normal car..

1. Oil cap for White stuff.
2. Expansion tank for oil
3. Expansion tank for any exhaust gases (bubbles).
4.Gear box. Make sure there's no thrust bearing noise
5.Make sure the fuel pump isn't to noisy (Make sure you check when cold) as when engine gets hot the fuel will get thinner and push the pump as hard.

You can fit Any of theses engines.

2.0 Williams
1.8 16V
1.2 E-type
1.4 E-type
1.2 D-type
