I knackered mine trying to take a rusty thread out of it, so needs to be replaced

iirc it's about £15 or so. If the car has factory sat nav, the base is £80 !

I require a new aerial base and aerial. I know the original has a circuit board and stuff in it, but could I replace it with this : ?
