Aerial Blank

Hi guys,

Has anyone removed their aerial and fitted a blank, i.e. a rubber grommet/cap?

If anyone can point me in right direction I would appreciate it.

It's a track car too so don't want to get it welded and filled.

I just left the ariel base attached to the car and put a small screw in the end of it, if I remember correctly I had a spare steering wheel boss bolt so just used that.

A blank would look neater though but I think the hole is a bit of an odd shape.

It's a square so not many grommets will fit.

Bought something of Ebay. If it's any good i'll put a link up.

The blanks haven't arrived mate. Just removed aerial and left base on.

Removed all wires from underneath too. Trying to thin out interior loom as much as I can to neaten it up.

I'll probably just leave it like this as when I removed base there was 4 tiny bumps from the washer below.
