Aero Wiper Blades on a 182?

Hey, went for a spin in a megane 225 last week and really liked the wrap around wipers fitted to it, dealer said they may be fitting them to the new 197 but just wondered if anyone knew if you could buy ones (similiar to Bosch Aerotwins fitted to 225) that would fit my 182? Or if you can buy new wiper arms that would fit them?
