After cams, rolling road

After my cars been finished by hill power. will my piper cams and hill power chip work ok? or would it be wise to get on the rollers to set it up properly?

Err hello? another question....do they redline the car on the rollers and is this safe with my newly rebuilt engine?

your best bet is to get it on the rollers mate, but if your having the engine rebuilt u need to take it easy for about 1500 miles. i neva went over 4k till 1500 miles were up. Then the fun began lol

just cain it from the off

they should be run in when installing them

power wise just cam i would expect u to gain 8 bhp with about that in torque

mine gained hardly anything after cams but still loads faster then a std vavler.

i gained almost 13 lbs torque from cams

forgot u will need ur chip to be remapped again for the cams

nick will do this for 40 i think

yeah your right mate, but i had my bottom end rebuilt as well which is what needed to be run in like.

You shouldnt expact massive power gains but the car will just feel more responsive and pull a lot better all the way through the revs.
