after market alarm

hello,

how much should i pay for a aftermarket alarm?

i have a 172 with the alarm but it has stopped working, the car still locks etc but the LED has stopped flashing and it will not go off no matter what,

i dont want a fancy one witch makes coffee etc jsut somthing that will go off if the doors are open or a brick gos through the window....

toad ai606 is about 250-300 depending on garage that fits it, and quality of installation.

meta do a specific one for the clio thats about 250, or you could go for a clifford - which is all singing all dancing which you dont really want.

in having a 172 you shouldnt want anything other than cat1.

mm maybe cheeper to get the renault one fixed then? ive been quoted 160 fitted toad c2?

I've got a clifford concept 650- great system
Cost £450 fitted although I don't think I'd go for remote headlights again
