Thinking about getting these seats in the cup

Is there anyway i can use a harness without looseing the back seats? is there anyway you can bring the harness down the back of the seats and fix them in below the seats so you can still use the back seats

Think if the harness is incorrectly fitted, as you've suggested, it causes spinal compression in a crash.
