Yeah is ok if you ask me , there are better products out there but hey hoe

AG Engine and Machine is they same if you ask me... and is better.

likewise, it will dull your wheels as it is mildly acidic.

best off using just engine and machine cleaner as it will not do any damage to your wheels

No they are not the same.

AG Clean Wheels is acid based, the Engine and Machine Cleaner is not. The later is safe to use on the bodywork if you wanted I would not recommend that with the clean wheels.

The Engine and Machine Cleaner works well for me, but on real stubborn muck if I feel the need to step up to an acid based cleaner I would use the clean wheels. The problem is it dulls the finish and you will need to polish after using it. I always try it watered down before resulting to using it at full strength too.

AG Engine & Machine cleaner usually but for stubborn stuff I'd use Meguiars APC or Degreaser :)

Engine and machine cleaner, and failing that a solution with Fairy liquid in. Haven't used any acid for ages - but I agree there is a time and a need for it.

I just have nightmares of having to apply it to dirty black cars back from a test drive with red hot brakes in the heat of summer, and poisonous vapours came off and I almost fainted... I warned them...I WARNED THEM!

I always wash my wheels with fairy liquid & warm water anyway, then clean with whatever is needed depending how dirty they are.
