Air Bag Light - Sport seats in a 1.2

Hi guys, I've had airbag lights on for some time now and want to get them off. Got them plugged into a Snapon diagnostics and threw these codes up.

On the wires underneath there was a black one going to the runners, couldn't find where it went so I left it of. could this be causing the problem?

Ok so I've now cut, soldered and shrink wrapped and taped the wires together so no more of those clips, apparently that cause a lot of problems but still have the air-bag and service light still on any ideas?
