Air Con running hot Problem!!

My aircon is blowing out very hot air, doesnt matter what temp its set to, its just blowing dam hot air in my face

it never used to do this, I've only owned the car for 1 week, so i'm not that happy about it tbh,

any ideas on what the problem is? how common is this problem?

Thermos sensor or whatever or the dash panle broken.

how would i be able to tell which one of them it is? the air con was working fine until saturday, it seems something has sudenly failed, the other functions on the panel work so hopefully its not that

has anyone got a haynes manual or know any more about how to fix this?

i havent owned the car long enough to have got hold of one yet
