Having looked at the reverse of this i.e. remove aircon in full for standard blower, I'd say the easiest option is a full swap from a climate car.
If the difference in climate and aircon is anything like climate and poverty spec whic I think it may be, you will need dash loom and control panel then maybe engine loom, blower and heater matrix.
It sounds major but its not too bad. Whether it's worth the cost and effort is another question.
I was hoping that because I've got aircon it won't be as much of a difference as most of the equipment is there anyway - however I know nothing about this kind of thing and how it works so I didn't even think about the looms! I know that climate control cars have a sensor(?) in the interior light housing, I was hoping it'd be a simple conversion but as I say I've no idea.
Does the heater panel have 3 dials on it? If so, you'll at least need the interior loom and heater matrix as the heater vents are motorised on climate whereas they're cable operated on the non climate cars I think.
You might even need the roof loom.
I think i have a roof loom you can have for the price of postage and can also do you a copy of a wiring loom disk if you want to try and work it out?
