how much to get air conditioner fixed in my 2003 clio 172

Well that depends entirely on what’s wrong with it, does it need a regas or does the pump need replacing or is it something else?

As we are guessing I’ll jump in with £352.67p

Dont know much about aircon but if one of the faults is the condensor then they have come up cheap recently, think 16 quid odd someone had one for.

In line with previous replies I'd ask if you could post a picture of your air conditioning..

Bit of extra info would help troubleshoot the problem as there's quite a couple of different components in airconditioning that can fail with different 'levels' of failure as a result

Did it blow ice cold air and suddenly stopped working altogether? Or maybe it is cold(ish) while driving but when the engine drops to idle it goes warm?

When you got it regassed, did they do a pressure test? Why did you have it regassed? How long was it since the previous regas? Did it work before the regas? Did they tell you how much gas was left in the system prior to top up?

'It's failed' is almost as difficult to assess on a forum as 'the car is making a noise, is that normal?'
