Air Filter + Star Key

Hi; I want to get a panel filter. I have heard ITG are the best but am also interested in K&N (part 33-2194). Does anyone know which is better and where is the cheapest place (including delivery) to get one from.
Also I don;t have a Star Key T20 which i think i need to open the airbox, does anyone know where i can get a hold of one?

You can buy a set of Torx bits from any motor factors. They aren't expensive
