air valve

can any one help ive got a clio 182 and ive been told that if you take the air valve of it will go faster is that right

Nope! but your tyres will go down!

If you mean air filter get a IK fitted, the filter is there for a reason.

well i dont no they sed its under the n/s front wheel arch its something to do with the air flow

Yeh the acoustic valve. It can be removed. But imo its not gona make it faster, it was put there to reduce noise levels i believe?
