Airbag light/ Renault Clip System

Tried a search but can't find the definative answer :S

Can the airbag system be completely truned off by the renault clip system?

Is there any other way?

I've emailed Henk but he doesn't want too let on what i was after him saying was that his clip system would do the job and i would have bought one!!

I know the light issue can be bypassed with resistors, but i'd rather just remove all the wiring and have done with the system, seeing as it's just for a trackcar.

Does the airbag ecu and engine ecu interact with one another?

airbag lights can be switched off with the clip system yes, thats how mine was done. not with the resistors.

How did you have that done if you don't mind me asking? Can you turn it back on when you want to sell it also?

Yes you can switch it back on, I went to see Mike at Rentech in Portsmouth, He configured mine for me. If you're in Guildford he's not far from you, Renault main dealers are reluctent to do it.
