alarm and immobiliser playing up... please help

right woke up this morning and had a voicemail on my phone, the old lady across the road called me to say my alarm was going off, this was in the middle of the night so i'd slept thru it.

anyway i get up this morning and try to unlock it coz the hazards are still flashing but really dim, but my remote central locking on my keys are doing nothing and it wont unlock, so i tried unlocking the door the manual way and going in see if it would start, but obviously it wouldn't coz the immobiliser has kicked in, and the alarm started going off once i opened the door.

so im pretty stuck with the alarm going off atm, any help would be appriciated as im pretty stuck atm
