alarm fob help

My alarm is fine, but the thing is i cant activate or de-activate it as the chip in the alarm fob is messed up.

Can i get any single button alarm fob and reprogramme that?

And how do you re-programme a alarm fob?

asked Renault and they say its a cobra one? cars a mk1 phase 3 96 plate'r

I had problems with my Williams "Cobra" fob,these people came to my rescue,and are not dear ~~ excellent service.

so you had another alarm fitted? or did they replace the fob?
