Alarm or Immobiliser

i know the alarm itsself shouldnt be cheap but i dont av a lot of cash and would jus like something that i can connet to the central locking, indicators and would work!

i aint got much sound in yet so they couldnt nick nething ne way so would an immobiliser be better option?

Never seen the real point in an alarm. It only alerts you when your car has already been trashed.

Go for a Thatcham approved immobiliser - at least you get to keep your car that way.

CAT1.. I got mine before I put the kit on and everything.. It gets WAY to much attention to leave it unalarmed/immobilised..

Get a good one.. ok, £300 - £400, but its cheaper than what you could loose..

Erm, i keep seeing the advert in fastcar/max power.. its the cat 1 alarm, or something.. You pay £10 a month.. thats it. Im sure you could pay £10 a week though to speed up the pay off proces... i thought that was pretty good.

yea but a alarm is an alarm doubt theres much difference between a £400 alarm and £100 apart from the siren might be louder! hehe

Correct, its the immobiliser which is the valuable part.. and you should get a CAT1 - even if it dont affect insurance..
