Alcantara cleaning product

I bought this today, never had or heard of anything to clean alcantara with and found this in ne detailing
its great stuff, i keep my interior imaculate allways but it was amazing how dirty the micro fibre was that i used

Do you think it would have a chance of shifting this stain? Its been there since I bought the car and its not as bad as it looks in the picture... (no idea wtf it is...)
