Alfa 147 GTa - Much cheapness

Nice, they were always a car I wanted to own, I think I only want a white one though :/

I need to try all my "need to own" cars this year!

awesome looking car, stunning colour

Its an odd colour.

Alfa say its black.

Its more like gray though. Its a b**ch to detail too. I did this one at the begining of summer.

Yeah, it wasn't a lot of paint, cost me £120 to do but it was one of them that would annoy a potential customer.

I sold it to a guy from up north that had a 166 already and had it for an MOT/Service at his alfa dealership. They wanted £6,000!!!! Yes, SIX THOUSAND POUNDS!!!

So he bought a new one! lol.

I still like these, I too would like to own one one day. That obe is mega cheap - usually they are a good £2000 more for a similar one.

Also, if I can find an autodelta fettled one, i'd be tempted.

For a service etc ?? Wow !!!

They took a bit hit on price shortly after i bought the vee. I was away to pay 15k... A yr later they were on 10k!!!

Plus the one i seen was a 54 and a shed...Suggested that they don't wear too well...

I think i made the right decision do you not :)

If you were looking before the vee then yeah, you made the rigt choice not to get one.
Now you've got the vee maybe consider one later on ?

15k would have got you an almost new one, they do drops loads yeah, but that makes them good s/h wise. I'd consider one, I'm even coming round to Alfa interiors (i'm not a fan of them usually as they seem 'too over engineered' etc)

I love the look and how mad they are, but don't think they would be great as the only car. Think mine would have to be like Ali's Vee. Not a daily user, but kept in mint condition and brought out for shows and for a blast over the hills etc.
