as title, i keep seeing a green clio 200 on burley road going into the city at 17:20 during the week, private plate '** EEJ'

Yeah its me, just finished work and on the way to pick up the Mrs from Leeds. Its not a fully fledged cup ,just a regular 200 with cup chassis and a cup spoiler.
I'll keep an eye out for you.
