right, my sport front bumper, wings and sideskirts go into the spray shop tomorrow. and will be fitting them this weekend i have got the jist with the bumper and wings, but im getting confused wwith the skits:dapprove:, ive got all the clips, just dont see how the clips attach to the car and how the clips attach to the skirts.

please can explain or show me how its done?

so when the clips are riveted on id there a specific position the clips need to be in? also are they secure just hooked on as the skirts i have, have holes where the under lip meets the jack point metal strip under the car??

They clips/brackets need riveting to the sill, the top edge of the sideskirt hangs on the clips, the bottom edge is riveted to the seam of the sill and the floorpan.

You can get the workshop manual on ebay which tells you where the clips/brackets go, send me a pm if you want and I'll get the part numbers for the rivets, although they are nothing extra ordinary and renault charge over the odds for them.

ok thanks for that mate, had a quick look on ebay but cant seem to find a workshop manual for it do you have a link?

are the rivents anything special or can i use normal rivets? :S

The rivets that are fitted from the factory are tri-grip rivets, but the ones renault sell to replace them are just standard rivets, I've got half a pack left over somewhere, I'll find them when I get home and get the dimensions for you, as they are something silly like a pound each from Renault.

Nah it isn't. They didnt cover the sport models.
