alloy repair

Hi,

My mum has now scratched the alloys on my dynamique. They are only on the very edge of the alloy, and run about 30% of the circumference of the wheel.

How much does this sort of thing cost to have repaired? I have read about places that refurbish and repair alloy wheels?? what do they do?

i used a company called dr vinyl to do my kerbed cup alloy, perfect job, 30 quid cash per wheel in situ. heres the web address if youre interested:-

I found a colour match silver pen in Les Smith the other day, which is the exact colour of my mk2 172 wheels. Probably the same as yours.

Took me about half an hour on saturday to colour in my wheels. Looks a lot better.

Not sure who makes the pen.

If you do get it refurbished by a local boy-racer type store, they will just send it to a 3rd party. Look on the web for Alloy Repair and save yourself some money.
