Alloy touch-up and bumper self repair advice

  Clio 182
I want to try and sort out my alloys with some touch up paint but not sure
1. What paint I need
2. How to do it

I've done quite a few things mechanical things myself but wouldn't know where to start with this.

It doesn't need to look perfect just acceptable for when I go to cliosport weekend in a couple of weeks.

Oh and any advice on bumper would be appreciated.

  dan's cast offs.
take your wheels to city powder coaters, not far from you and at £20 a wheel hardly worth doing yourself.

bumper has been repaired already so if you either find another straight one or you should be able to get a repair and repaint for around £100 ish.

Ok cool. Is it just a regular body shop job for the bumper I can Google find one but if you know of any around the brum or west mids area that'd be great
