Alloy touch up

Anyone know how i can touch up the outside of my alloys (ph1 oz f1's). dont really want to spend £200+ on a refurb and they arent that bad, just around the outside the paint has come off where they have hit the kerb.

Does anyone know where i can get hold of some paint then? and what colour code i need? will renault dealers have it??
