Alpine CDE-9850Ri ipod advice needed!

Hi, looking at getting the Alpine CDE-9850Ri which apparently means i can just plug in and play my ipod. daft question maybe but where would my ipod go? Could it go in the glovebox (ive got an 04 dynamique)? If so how easy would that be to install? Im not really into ice installation so it would have to be fairly easy to do! Any advice greatly appreciated!

Just plugs in from what I can say as it does on the USB lead to the PC.
I intend to hide my Ipod in the glovebox, I may need to make a small hole to route the cable though.

I've got this HU, works nicely, I've got the ipod cable going into my glovebox, which is tidy.

No ipod to connect it to as yet though, lol.

I've had this HU for about 3weeks. Well impressed with it and I have the ipod lead going to the glovebox. No stalk-control adaptor tho... I just havent got round to ordering one yet.

Its fantastic, especially when you get the adaptor so you can use the steering controls. Best £250 (that included having it all fitted) ive ever spent!

That's cool mate, Getting it for just under that £230 with the stalk and fitted. really looking forward to it, got to be there 8:30 on my day off But I'm sure I'll have fun the rest of the day
