Hi All,

I know Alpine did a adaptor loom that gets the dash display working with an Alpine HU in a 182. I know they're rare as hen's teeth. But has anyone got a part number so I at least know what I'm looking for.

TIA

I had to contact an Alpine stockist and get them to order one when I was looking, but that was a decade ago.

There's at least 2 different ones depnding on what stereo Renault installed in the first place.

EDIT: http://www.connects2.co.uk/Product/ProductItem/CTSRN003
Try calling up Connects2, they seem to have btis.

I'm aware Connects2 do a similar product, but I wanted the dash display to work also. Tried contacting Alpine direct an they also suggested Connects2

dayum.

Yeah, I wasn't sure if Connects do a stalk-and-display number, but if Alpine have put you over to them it's probably your best bet.

THAT SAID!

I may have my old setup knocking about in a cupboard. What is he original head unit, tuner list, update list? If I do still have it, and it's useful for you, it's yours

Ive got one but can’t remember the product code, something like APF-DRE10...

Edit
APF-D102RE

Not a bad attempt given I got mine years ago.

Probably requires the Alpine headunit to also support dash display stuff, which newer ones might not.

Mine is the one with the 6CD changer, tuner list by the looks of it, if you're willing to part with it that'd be grand, I just want something with bluetooth

APF-D102RE

This number came up a few times but I can't confirm whether it is for update list or tuner list. Spoke to Alpine and they think that one is for the update list. I think the Alpine APF-D101RE is what I need for the tuner list, but I want to confirm before committing 85 EUR! ?

Plenty of 2ndhand headunits of the period for sale, just trying to find the loom before I commit to a HU!

Found a big bundle of assorted wires last night. with various modules attached to them.
Now, some of those will be stalk/display adapter bits...others will be the old TomTom integration gear I also had in place.
Will have another go at it tonight and see if I can get any part numbers off of it

The prices you're getting are, pretty much, what I was paying a decade ago. If you do order what they tell you, and it's wrong, you should be good to get it exchanged.

You certainly will need a HU with "OEM Display out" or whatever Alpine call it. They wont be the cheapo's

I'm on of those weirdo's that like stuff neat ? it'd annoy me no end having a radio with a useless dash screen, so I'm willing to pay what is needed to get it working properly.

Did you have the tuner or update list? Because I believe it's a toss up between the APF-D101RE and the APF-D102RE for each of them.
