PH1 Blower Fan - how to fix? Part numbers?

About 1 year ago the blower fan on my PH1 failed - it's back on the road now after being off for 9 months and I'm driving around all fogged up.

In my mind it's the fan itself, it started to only work on setting 4 after a big rain storm and then has never worked since.

Does anyone know the part number for a PH1 172 fan with A/C and recirc? Is there anything else I need to look at?

The parts diagrams all show mk1 clios for whatever reason, have a look on partsouq.

OK, thank you - just the PR1262 in his comment threw me off as I thought that's the Clio mk1.
