Alpine HU to Renault CD Changer?

Ive noticed the CD changer in my car is a Alpine, and I recently installed an Alpine HU. Is there anyway to connect the two as I cant seem to find a wire to do so.

as above, Alpine may have made the changer for Renault but it wont conform to the Ai Net or other changer connections that Alpine aftermarket stuff uses
