Alpine X200 help?

I bought an Alpine X200 headunit second hand, i have the usb cable, headunit, the headunit back box.

In my standard headunit there are 4 plugs which go into the back of it, is there some sort of connector I need to plug these 4 wires into then into the back box?

did the headunit come with a wiring harness such as

You plug the cars wiring harness into that of the alpines harness
