Alternator change

Just would like to know if anyone has any info on how to change my alternator?
Is it hard to change or arkward?

Bumper and grill off, slam panel, aux belt off and battery off took me about an hour and half but I am a mechanic.

putting aux belt auto-pretensioner back took me and my friend at leats couple of hours, but we are not mechanics )

is this because you had trouble getting it re-tensioned or because its just a t**t to put back?
I got my old one out last night but looked like its gonna be a b*****d to get back in eeek!
